This course will give an insight into the fish and chip industry. You will learn about the history of fish and chips, sourcing ingredients, basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and much more.

This course should give the learner a good understanding of the basics of fish and chips and could form part of an new starters induction or to improve the skills and knowledge of existing team members.  It will ensure all candidates have the same base knowledge for you to build on as they progress in their career in fish and chips.
