LEVEL 2 FOOD HYGIENE & SAFETY

The Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety (National Federation of Fish Friers) course aims to teach food handlers the basic and necessary protocol for handling food in a safe and hygienic manner. It is targeted towards occupations which involve the preparation, handling and cooking of food.

LEVEL 2 ALLERGY AWARENESS

The Level 2 Allergy Awareness online course is aimed towards those whose occupations have any involvement in the handling and preparation of food.

Besides from understanding their legal obligation, every food handler must have an in-depth knowledge of allergens to make sure that they are handling allergenic food appropriately.

It is also important as it means that you have done everything in your power to understand the dangers of handling food, in this case handling food for consumers with allergies, as it means that you have applied due diligence; that you have done your best to prohibit any dangerous consequence of you handling food. You should take this approach with all food you handle.

This Level 2 Allergy Awareness online course will cover how to recognise an allergen whether be hidden or otherwise, how to correctly label and store any food that might contain an allergen and the correct procedure should someone be suffering from an allergenic reaction in your place of work.

LEVEL 2 HACCP

The Level 2 HACCP course is targeted towards those who already have the Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification and are required to be involved in the creation and maintenance of a HACCP system and is designed to be concise and informative. It is based upon the HACCP principles and details why a HACCP system must be in place, and how to create one. Completing the Level Two HACCP Awareness course ensures that you have practiced due diligence.

LEVEL 2 HEALTH AND SAFTEY

This Level 2 Health & Safety course is designed to be concise and informative, and to allow learners to gain a general understanding of health and safety. It covers a wide range of health and safety concerns, and details the control measures that can be taken to help eliminate or reduce hazards that may be faced in the workplace. FIRE AWARENESS IN THE WORKPLACE
